Hello Belen,

This event has proven difficult from day 1, given all the changes and liberty

that the European Commission has taken to do so.

But, all is well that ends well.

Thanks to your effords and support we were able to close this event in a

positive way with a success for this Conference.

This is not at all the way that American Express likes to handle its

events/conferences. Our service is always measured by the excellence of our

partners in resort. In this case Events Made in Spain ! Gracias Belen !

This event has been a small one for us. I hope that we will have a new project

in Spain soon, because this is not a one time shot at Events Made in Spain. I

will be more than happy to work with you again.

I hope you are doing well and that you had a great weekend!

First of all I wanted to thank you for the precious help you provided for that meeting in Barcelona last week. All our team enjoyed it and said that that was the best Distributor meeting we’ve done since years! Everybody enjoyed the Flamenco show and a big part of us enjoyed the Shôko!

I talked to Ruth last week regarding some stuff to send us via DHL and she told me that you needed a written request from my side to send it…could you please arrange a sending of all that material at my office in La Defense?

Hope you had a good time in Athens.

Thanks again for your final statement which has been formally accepted by the EIDQ Executive Committee.

We have looked at the participants feedback and it is excellent. The hotel was a good choice and the conference room and audio visuals were superb. The social event was perfectly satisfactory given the reduced budget we gave you and it was very much enjoyed by the participants.

I have completed your feedback form (scanned copy attached) and really want to emphasise your own exceptional efforts to meet our ever-changing requirements. You really worked hard and were professional, approachable and friendly thoughout. It was a most impressive performance.

I hope I have covered everything but let me know if you need anything further.

Just wanted to say a HUGH BIG MASSIVE thank you to both of you for all your hard work and help pulling our event off in SUCH a short time frame. It was a pleasure to work with you, I cant tell you how lucky I feel to have found such an amazing bunch of people with the same attitude and work ethic. I never had to worry about anything, and always felt so confident in everything you were doing, and in such capable hands.

On another note, from Ben and myself thank you again for your warm hospitality. Hotel Urban was super cool, but Sunday with you guys was lovely and we felt like we had really experienced something authentic. We had an amazing time. Cocktails, cake, great company – what more could you ask for?!

Last night was also fantastic, I am just sorry I was so tired!! But I am coming back soon for some Fideua – there is no way I could find squid ink in London!!!!!!

Please if you are planning to come to London get in touch, you are more than welcome to stay and we will definitely show you a great time!
